CANCELATION POLICY

We require 48hrs notice for deposit refund to be returned after this time frame deposit will not be refunded and additional payment of full appointment value will be due. 

 

Cancelations outside the 48hr window will be charged at full price and must be paid before any other appointments can be booked with a practitioner.

Therefor, if you need to cancel your appointment please do so when you receive your 48hr email and text reminder.
