Chéla
collingbourne

Founder & Principle Osteopath

Registered osteopath and allied healthcare practitioner, she brings over 25 years of experience in health, fitness, and rehabilitation.

Her background includes personal training, sports massage, and a long history in martial arts—American Taekwondo, BJJ, Muay Thai, Korean Kickboxing, and Capoeira, in which she is a certified instructor. She’s also dabbled in bodybuilding and worked with a diverse range of clients, from MMA fighters to women’s groups and children.

Chela’s own injuries and chronic pain from high-impact sports led her to osteopathy, driven by a desire to help others heal and avoid surgery. She specializes in structural osteopathy with a hands-on, movement-focused approach—blending manual therapy with tailored exercise rehab.

Her goal is simple: to treat the root cause, not just the symptoms, and support recovery from all angles.
