Neurotris is a professional multi-channel microcurrent system. It delivers gentle, low-level electrical signals to the skin and to the muscles of facial expression — currents similar in scale to those your body produces naturally. The treatment is non-invasive, needle-free and has no downtime. Most people find it relaxing, and many say their skin looks fresher straight after a session.

Her clinic space is absolutely lovely, and Chela herself is such a warm, and caring person who puts you instantly at ease. I cannot recommend her enough if you are struggling with pain. She is so thorough in her assessments and she absolutely listens to what I had to say about it.  Extremely knowledgeable about the body and the treatment I have been receiving is spot on. I’d been struggling with severe shoulder and back pain for years, to the point where my shoulder blades were practically frozen in position. It was affecting everything from sleeping and working to training at the gym and even picking up my daughter. It was taking a real toll on me both physically and mentally.

What stands out about Dane is how much he genuinely cares. He takes his time to understand the underlying issues, explains what he’s doing and why, and goes the extra mile to help you get better. He’s also given me rehab exercises to improve my mobility and strengthen areas that have been lacking.

The difference has been massive. My back and shoulders feel so much freer, my mobility has improved massively, and I can finally train without pain, sleep properly and get through work without relying on painkillers. Most importantly, I can pick up my daughter and play with her without constantly worrying about the pain.

I contacted Chela because my 12-year-old son Charlie had been experiencing ongoing ankle pain for several months. He is very active and plays football, so naturally I was really worried about what was causing the problem and whether it could affect him going forward.

From my very first email, Chela was absolutely brilliant. She was incredibly helpful, responsive and reassuring, and took the time to understand what was going on rather than just treating the obvious symptoms. She gave us different options and explained everything clearly, which made me feel that Charlie was genuinely being listened to and properly assessed.

The assessment itself was fantastic. Chela was so good with Charlie and made him feel completely comfortable. She looked at the bigger picture — his structure, foot position and how everything was working together — and explained things to both of us in a way that was really easy to understand. We also had his feet scanned and custom insoles made to help support his foot position.

What really stood out to me was how much care and attention Chela gave us. As a mum, when your child is in pain and you don’t know why, it can be incredibly worrying. Chela gave me confidence that we were finally taking the right steps and, importantly, that Charlie was in very safe and knowledgeable hands.

The group sessions offered have a maximum of three so you have the full attention of the instructor.
