Neck Pain

What is Neck Pain?

Neck pain is a common condition that can range from mild stiffness to ongoing pain that impacts movement, concentration, and daily activities. It may be caused by disc bulges or herniations in the cervical spine, facet joint irritation, or muscular overload. These conditions may result in radiculopathy, leading to symptoms such as pins and needles, pain, numbness, or weakness radiating into the arms. Neck pain is also very commonly linked to work-related strain, including prolonged desk work, poor posture, repetitive movements, laptop or phone use, and poorly set-up workstations.
