Frequently Asked Questions

No, you do not need a referral but if you are unsure who to see give us a call.

You can book online via the link on our website, drop us an email, give the clinic a call or send us a socials or WhatsApp message and we will get back to you asap.

We do our best to offer same day appointments, please give us a call if you need an urgent appointment so we can advise you on the best steps for your presentation.

Your first appointment is focused on understanding you and the reason you’ve come to see us. It will include a detailed discussion of your symptoms, a review of your medical history, and a thorough physical examination. From the outset, we work to accurately diagnose your presentation, and wherever appropriate, treatment will begin during this first session. Initial appointments with our massage therapists and skin specialists may be structured slightly differently, with a greater proportion of time dedicated to hands-on treatment. Any postural and movement assessments are carried out using objective data collection, allowing us to build a clear picture of how your body moves and functions—forming the foundation for an effective, personalised treatment plan.

Yes we do, we accept AXA, Vitality, Aviva and WPS

Depending on your condition, you may arrive in some discomfort. While it is never our aim to increase your pain, there are times when we may need to reproduce or gently provoke symptoms to help confirm an accurate diagnosis and effectively treat the injured tissues.

Following treatment, it is possible to experience some soreness or increased symptoms for 24–48 hours. This response is normal and often part of the body’s adaptation and healing process, though it does not occur in every case. We will always explain what to expect and provide guidance on how to manage any post-treatment symptoms.

  • Physiotherapist: Work related pain or injury, MSK pain or injury shoulder/knee/hip etc,, rehabilitation from injury, injury prevention.
  • Sports Therapy: Sports related injury, gym or training imbalances, pain when training, return to sport, sports massage and muscular restriction
  • Wellness: for all things relaxing and calming, for post op MLD, oncology, fibromyalgia, nervous system reset and general pampering.
  • Massage: for general aches and pains, muscle tightness and recovery, our masseuses are trained in physio or sports therapy or level 5 sports massage so they have a very deep knowledge on anatomy, injury and pain management. But a massage is not the equivalent of a physio or sports therapy assessment or treatment pathway.
