More than 24 hours — move or cancel at no charge. Your deposit moves with you, or is refunded.
Less than 24 hours — we keep the deposit. There is nothing further to pay.
Missed appointment, no notice — the full appointment price is due, and we’ll ask for it before your next visit.

You will get an email and text reminder beforehand. That’s the easiest way to cancel or to move your appointment.
